Homeless is a strange group of people...

Most of them I seen on the street, they all look very fine to me, at least, they all got 2 arms and 2 legs...So...Here is my question...Why can't they get a job in a fast food place if they only need money for food? Or they can work at the supermarket as one of those who help you to put your stuffs in the bag...How can you just stand out there with your fancy sign and ask for money?
